He ordered the part and as soon as it arrived, I was advised by American Appliance, and he came out and fixed it in a timely fashion. He let me know when he was coming and also gave great advice. I really appreciated Charles, he was just wonderful and he’s a big strong fellow and didn’t need a second person as was told to me previously by another repairman. I will always request American Appliance for my appliances under Warranty with Lowe’s in the future.“
