“Dominic came out quickly to look at our dishwasher and refrigerator. He was prompt, explained our issue well, and was able to get everything in working order. The office staff explained pricing before he came out so I knew exactly how much the diagnostic appointment would be. The appointments were fairly priced. I highly recommend for your appliance needs.”
“I've always had good experiences with Sears Appliance Repair, but Christopher was exceptional - pleasant, professional, efficient, a perfect example of what a great service person should be. He explained everything he was doing as he worked, cleaned up as he went along, etc. I can't praise him highly enough and will definitely use Sears Appliance again thanks to this great experience.”
“I am really impressed with Matthew. Good communication and prompt service. He came the same day to repair my ancient fridge for me. So grateful. I will hire him again in the future.”
