Charles was so kind and quickly solved our issues! Apparently a small piece of a zipper can make your dryer sound like there's bowling balls inside of it. He didn't make us feel silly and resolved the problem in under 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company, specifically Charles!
Just had my Whirlpool washer serviced by Charles. He was super nice and had my washer repaired within a half hour. American Appliance is easy to work with, especially with my Lowe's Protection Plan in place. Will be using American Appliance for all my appliance repairs.
