Shawnee Ray is extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! I’m new to TN and have only been in our house a little over a week, and he found areas that needed some attention to keep wasps out. Luke was my service technician. He performed regular pest service and he always lets me know when he's on his way. I made a request for him to leave me a couple extra mouse traps. He did and then he check and re- baited everything we already had. Nice young man
