Urgent Team Walk-in Urgent Care provides a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. With a clean and neat interior, the facility feels like a hospital. It is very easy to get an appointment and they are seen fast. Staff members are warm, friendly, kind, and helpful, quickly diagnosing and treating patients. They are very patient and gentle and provide a wonderful experience. Despite occasional wait times, the team is efficient and courteous, making it a great alternative when you can't get in with a regular doctor.
My entire visit was amazingly a smooth transition! From the time I walked in the door Jessica made me welcomed and greeted me with a warm smile. Nathan was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable before being seen. He did great! Exceptional service all the way around! Thank You ☺️
I have used them twice so far and they have always been quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend over any other urgent especially the little clinic. I went to the little clinic for ear pain they said I had fluid in my ears and did nothing for me. A couple days later the pain was getting worse I went to Baptist urgent care and I was diagnosed with a double ear infection and got the treatment I needed.
Thank you Baptist Urgent Care Team for stepping in and providing me with outstanding care. The abscess and infection in my gum had been progressing for four months. I was having so much pain and many sleepless nights. Thanks for providing the aid to help soothe my pain, and to also get the swelling down, and the infection cleared. The wait time was exceptional as well, I was in and out with no issues. Keep up the awesome work, it’s a 100% recommendation from me!
