Urgent Team Walk-in Urgent Care provides a welcoming and efficient experience for patients. With a clean and neat interior, the facility feels like a hospital. It is very easy to get an appointment and they are seen fast. Staff members are warm, friendly, kind, and helpful, quickly diagnosing and treating patients. They are very patient and gentle and provide a wonderful experience. Despite occasional wait times, the team is efficient and courteous, making it a great alternative when you can't get in with a regular doctor.
Yes I would recommend yall to my family an friends. It's fast, friendly staff, and doctors. They are very informative and on hand with the things they are doing. They listen and give you good advice. Thank You soooo much.

Keep up the Awesome Job on listening to the patients and Advising them on what they gone do and what they gone prescribe, or direct you to a good hospital that's gone really, really listen and take time to care for the patient needs. I will come again when I need too.

I visited Baptist Urgent Care - Bartlett when I was ill and found myself in a most pleasant and friendly environment. The staff was helpful and the bedside manner was caring and competent.
From the front desk intake representative, triage, and actual experience with the doctor, the service was amazing. My mother was in so much pain but after the care of the staff she was better in a few hours after treatment! I recommend this location. Special thanks to MA- Carmelia, Joy, and NP Cleo Gatlin! 😇💯
