Originally… I gave this business a bad review. The owner saw it and asked me about it the next time I entered her establishment. I explained my concerns to her and she was very considerate…. She apologized and assured me it would not happen again.She also took the time to sit down and explain the new GLP-1 meds, how they affect weight loss and more..It was the most information anyone has ever given me..She was EXCELLENT!!!Thank You NexGen !!!

This Nexgen is awesome!! I have been going to this location at least 3 years and love it. Dawn & Kat are both wonderful!!!I am usually in and out in less than 15 minutes which means I can go during my lunch break. They have always been a huge help whether it was for questions or anything else I needed help with!!! The customer service I have received is what has always made me return. Awesome company you will love !!!

I never write Google reviews but after seeing the last review I had to comment. I just finished my visit at NexGen and I had the exact opposite experience of that previous poster. The young lady at the front desk had exceptional customer service and was so sweet! Bringing up another diet clinic sounds like the reviewer was purposely sent to a competitor to give a negative review. Not insinuating just an observation. Anyways, my point is this place is fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Every interaction I've ever had with staff was pleasant I refer people all the time.
