I saw an ad that groupon was running, but I have had a bad experience with groupon in the past so I decided to call the company directly instead of purchasing a groupon. When I called and inquired about the air duct and carpet cleaning i was greeted by veery friendly and helpful call reps. They assisted me very well and took the time to explain to me exactly how the process takes place and how long it would take. The day of service the technician was a very nice young man who made sure that not only were the air ducts cleaned but he also showed me the debris that he collected. I was very satisfied so i decided to go ahead and book my carpet cleaning next.“

“I needed some 1950s big oak bedroom furniture moved from the downstairs to the upstairs of an old midtown home. Two strong, friendly,ready to work guys showed up on the planned day, moved my furniture exactly where I asked and where very respectful of my house. I m so thankful I did not have to take out a full blown moving crew contract for an entire half day for a job that two strong people could take care of in less than an hour for a reasonable hourly rate. If your only regret about not having kids is there are no young people to ask for help with tasks physically beyond you, call 2bb and ask for John and Owen to be sent to you. It has been a while since encountering contractors with such great attitudes making the unsettling chore of internal house rearrangement and physically difficult home maintenance less bonkers.“
