Update - They called me and took care of me quickly. Seems like the issue was that my doctor left, so it was in that transition period. Since then though, they have been quick to answer the phone and help me with my needsThis use to be a highly recommended practice that I would refer my family and friends to, not anymore. I don’t understand why it is so hard getting an appointment set up. They called me last week to say I was due for one, I have attempted contact with them for the past two days. No one answers - I left a message on the appointment line, nurses line and online portal.

I have gone to Faith Family Medical for about 2 years now and could not be happier. I keep reading that people have been having not so good experiences, but it’s important to keep in mind how hard they try to make the patients happy through the years and the many changes they’ve ensued. I have loved being a patient here and will continue to support throughout.
