This had to be the best experience I’ve ever had going to an emergency room. I brought my husband in late at night for severe back pain. They got us back with no wait and began care immediately. The entire staff is amazing. They did everything possible to help ease his pain. He ended up having to be transferred to Baptist East and they took care of that as well. Had an ambulance take him and a room already reserved. I can’t say thank you enough. We are so lucky to have you all in Arlington.
My BEST ER experience, by far! All of the staff were excellent! I was seen promptly, examined, administered meds, had imaging and test results and discharged within 3 hrs. The level of care shown to me was above and beyond, by all staff members! I will gladly make the 30-40 min drive for this level of care, anytime! BMH-Tipton should take some notes 👌🏼
