Stephanie has been doing my hair for over a year as well as my daughters! She always puts her full attention into getting your hair perfect! She always makes sure to preserve your hairs integrity! Recently I got my first facial from her and it was so relaxing and my skin feels amazing! She is very kind and caring and will explain everything to you before doing anything! I also love that prices are explained before hand so you never end up with surprise fees! She keeps me beautiful! I’m adding a few before and after pictures. They may be out of order. One photo is me before (curls) and me after (bangs). The other photos are of my daughter with BOX BLACK dye and her hair (blonde) Stephanie managed to save her hair from the black box dye!

After trying to find the perfect frames at many other locations, I learned the hard way that I should’ve started with Jack Raby! When I stopped into the store, Erin was such a delight and she helped me pick out the perfect frames. She answered all my questions about the different options my lens prescription requires, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my choices. I’ll definitely be going to Jack Raby for my future eyeglass needs.

The staff are always friendly, they cut my hair exactly how I want it, and almost always make me feel comfortable enough to fall asleep! Tessa cut my hair this morning, and as expected she did awesome! She listened to what I wanted, ensured it was cut to my liking and it felt like she took her time to tidy up my hairline! We got my son’s first haircut and he was very good with him considering he holds a bad head, good precision and the people are fantastic in all areas of their job. Recommended. These pictures are during the process not the final result.

Koral really gave me exactly the right haircut for my hair. She knew exactly what to do and I’ve never had it curled so beautifully! Really outstanding.
The shop was very clean and friendly environment, also absolutely adorable! I got a septum piercing done by Stephanie. She was super professional and made sure I was 100 percent comfortable and knew what my expectations were before going through with the piercing. I was a little anxious at first but she put me at ease right away. I would definitely recommend Cricket’s shop for all your piercing and tattoo needs.

Went to the N. Mt Juliet office for my left shoulder. I’d had a mountain bike injury years ago and it had come back to haunt me. Afraid it was my rotator cuff going bad. After an evaluation showed that wasn’t the case and just needed to retrain my shoulder muscles, they started me on stretches. Very soon was given a series of exercises that quickly had me on the right path. After just a few weeks the pain is gone, my range of motion is greatly improved. And I left with the knowledge to continue those exercises and my improvement. Big shout out to Lee Ann and Han. Professional, competent and personable! Thanks!
