We recently worked with Gary, the manager at Windsor Plwood, as well as his staff member, Darren, and I can honestly say that Windor's service went far beyond what we expected. Supplying doors might sound straightforward, but the care and precision they brought to the process made all the difference. From the start, their team didn’t just drop off materials—they came directly to our home to measure every opening, ensuring that each door would be an exact fit, and, that every swing was going the correct way. That attention to detail gave us confidence before a single hinge was installed.

I go to Windsor Plywood very occasionally when I have a new woodworking project I am planning. I have found the staff to be totally awesome at helping out, and offering different options / solutions for the project. Very patient when I ask a lot of random questions, and love when they cut the wood to fit it in my vehicle and at the right place to as to minimize waste of the wood. I find they go absolutely above and beyond!

Rarely when you are having a good day does it get any better. Except for today when we wandered into Windsor, as a last resort really, to solve a minor but irritating problem. And who should appear but Barry who did not know us from Adam. The man bent over backwards to do us a kindness. A rare individual who worked with the client (us) and cared about our problem. There was not enough money involved for him to have taken the time and effort to show us the courtesy that he did, but we do thank him and suggest other businesses follow his example.
