I recently went there to get an echo done the service was excellent an so was the doctor who did the echo. It's has since been 3 weeks an I still haven't got my results,an with that I'm not pleased at all. Normal ultrasound test results should take 2_3 days at max to return..

I recently went here to have my echo done. There was no waiting time and I was promptly ushered into a room. The nurse doing the echo did a fine enough job but I did not appreciate having her spend 10 minutes on the phone speaking a foreign language at the same time as dealing with my procedure. I wanted to say that I would come back if she had personal issues to take care of. I feel that behavior was very unprofessional.

People were polite on the phone which is why I am giving one star. I had booked an appointment and took time off of work, only to show up and be told that I must have come in on the wrong day because I wasn't on the schedule. No one in the office could tell me what day my appointment was booked after asking multiple times, so I left; I thought I must have made the mistake. I left a voicemail after I checked my day-planner and they promptly returned my call to accuse me of going to the wrong office, which I verified that I did not.
