The crew was amazing and did excellent work and worked very hard. The crew was also very polite and respectful. The only disappointing thing was all the extra costs not explained when booking such as bags for mattresses and wardrobe boxes, which I have never been charged for in the past. It didn’t allow me to make a proper cost comparison.
Things went as planned. I appreciate the effort they made to prevent any damage to my furniture, by wrapping it in plastic wrap and using blankets properly (all of which is inclusive within the moving cost). Pricing was clear, appropriate, and flexible, without any hidden fees. Communication was clear and proactive. Every member of their staff was friendly. They carry appropriate insurance and you get to pick what level of coverage you want before they begin loading. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my move and their service.
Caleb and Don did an excellent job for us. They were unfailingly pleasant, polite and helpful. They took great care moving our Dad's treasures. We are happy to have met them and will call Two Small Men for our next move.
