Leanne was extremely caring + talked me through the entire process of the piercing and while performing the piercing made sure to talk me through it and make sure I was okay. The front desk staff were also super kind and helpful, and Leanne gave me a full run down on all the jewelry I could get for the initial piercing and showed me how to add a ball/spike on the ring if needed. I had both my helix and nostril pierced by Leanne. I had a very positive experience as she was very sweet and informative about the piercing process and aftercare. I will definitely come back for any other piercings I get!
