I had revive painting paint my house and my office building. They did an exceptional job with both. I was very impressed with the eye for detail and quality of the work. Communication was always clear. Budget was exactly as discussed. Highly recommend.

We chose Revive based on their strong reviews and had an excellent initial sales experience—but the execution did not match.
A project estimated at ~2 weeks stretched to 5, and the job was understaffed. Promised daily cleanup didn’t happen, and while communication was friendly with plenty of apologies, there was little follow-through or improvement.
During the work, our hardwood floors were damaged. To their credit, they did cover the cost of refinishing, but that was a renovation we had not planned or wanted to take on. In the final stretch, a bucket of paint was also spilled on our sidewalk and had to be cleaned.
After the project, we reached out regarding warranty-related concerns. We had asked them to install a bulkhead to address recurring cracking, but it did not cover the full area needed and the cracks reappeared. When we followed up to discuss options, the response we received was dismissive, and there was no willingness to collaborate on a path forward. Our subsequent follow-up received no response.
In short: great at sales and setting expectations, but poor delivery, understaffing, weak project management, and no follow-through when it mattered most.
