The plumber sent by Reliance, Laverne, did an excellent job, and fixed all the issues with our two toilets and a showerhead. These were issues that had been bothering us for quite while until we finally called Reliance Gregg's Plumbing.
And another plumber sent by Reliance, Connor, did an excellent drop diagnosing our leaky bathroom faucet, and installing a new faucet.
Matt was great. We had to have a second person come out to fix the same problem because the first tech missed it. There was no charge and Matt was professional, curious and honest. He owned the error for his team and got the job done. Really happy with Matt and will call him again
An unexpected problem came up,we got a service person in 10minutes,15min later problem solved. Fantastic,I won't deal with anyone else! Time is money when I'm busy and this company is my new favorite. Folks,don't deal with anyone else!
