Worst service and customer service beware this people don’t stand behind there product I had a furnace installed my heat bill double and they would do anything about it told me to bad after me spending a few months get everything together for them to prove the bill highly not recommended Home Depot will beat they price and service hands down

Called Reliance to fix a leaking gate valve in my house, and tech arrived within agreed date and time. Replaced the defective valve and associated fittings at no time at all. Inspected other existing fixtures and replaced another valve that showed signs of wearing out. He did an excellent job.
After a few years, called Reliance again for another issue - an A/C that’s not cooling down. Tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem; found and replaced a defective capacitor. Another excellent job by Reliance Saskatoon Tech.

My friend, who works for Reliance, recommended company to install a/c for my two storey house . He went above and beyond to properly and transparent explain in order of unit choice, like efficiency and capacity. Technicians and electricians are top notch as well. I have my basement developed , so they installed unit without any dust on ground. They were able to fish a lines without drywall removal. Respect for Sushovit, Lee, Rusty, Remoldo for professionalism.

After Reliance did not come for a scheduled appointment, we called back and a very nice technician came the same and dealt with the issue immediately. So second time was good, first not so much
