Mostly happy with the gym. Rumours are that the Circuit may be discarded, which disturbs me a lot as there are at least 12-15 in my senior's group who use it regularly during the 7-8:30 am time period. We're seniors who are there to keep moving and the Circuit suits our need perfectly. Will have to reconsider membership it if goes.
As well, I am unable to access your recent survey electronically.

Compared to north end location its kinda outdated. No water bottle filler. Weird machine choices. Market mall parking stinks. Pluses were squat racks, hack squat and plate loaded machines. Staff super friendly.

To be honest, I love planet fitness but location matters. I respect how clean they normally keep it nice &cleanliness. But, lately every time I have visited the Preston location it’ was unfortunately a poor choice since it was dirty and didn’t smell the best. Maybe when and if you can afford to you should have deodorant out to sale for those who maybe forgot to put it on or need to. Also the young people that work there I have also noticed are always on their phones…I could understand if you’re on your phone and it’s an emergency or if you have nothing to do because you have done as much work as possible if your boss/management allows it. but, that isn’t... read full review
