I have been a member of this gym for about 4 years. Throughout my fitness journey there I have been consistently impressed. The equipment is always organized and clean. The atmosphere is welcoming. I have never once felt uncomfortable or creeped on like other gyms I’ve attended. Both members and staff are more than willing to help you out whether it is setting up equipment, form, or tips through classes. More than once I have seen members set up for other members coming into class. My first classes there I walked in feeling nervous and before class even started felt comfortable and confident.
