I love Kal-Tire! We've been using them since 2018 and they're always honest and reliable. It's sometimes hard to find an honest shop, and they've always been truthful if they think we need repairs or not. They've saved me a lot of money with their honesty haha We've used the location on Idylwild and 8th and both have been great. I can not say enough good things, and I highly recommend them! Also, they've always had friendly staff and good service.
Was my go to tire shop, but I will not be back. Twice now I have taken a tire in to be repaired and both times they have forgotten to call about the status of the repair. Having to phone in to be told that the tire was not able to be fixed and would need a new one in the afternoon when my appointment early in the morning. When I was picking up said tire there was no one in the office causing 2 other customers and I to wait upwards of 10min just for someone to come to the desk.
Communication: non existent prepared to not have your call answered or be placed on hold for extended periods of time
Service: minimal at best
