If you have the chance to meet Jennifer, you should stick with ACX for your repairs; I’m confident she won’t let you down. I had previously had repair work done at Dodge City Collision three times, and I regretted it. When I insisted on cancelling a fourth appointment, Jennifer—a new manager—called me to try and retain my business. I trusted her and decided to go with ACX. Jennifer certainly didn't disappoint; this was the only time I was completely satisfied and had no issues with a repair at Dodge City Collision (now ACX). Just remember to ask for Jennifer.

I give a high score mainly for front line personnel. Special thanks to Katryna Reimer and Jennifer Horbay from me! It was pretty stressful situation (what collision isn't?!) These ladies went above and beyond, being super helpful and patient.
