I gotta tell you this level of customer service is not normal anymore but how refreshing it is! Our overhead door on our acreage came off over the holidays and steelcraft had installed it so we tried to get them to help us first. They sucked with heir communication and customer service and their coordinator had no idea where there sevice guys were or what order we were in. We cancelled woth them and I called Gold N Doors since I had experience with them working with Colliers. Well they did not disappoint. I call in a day ago something came up that evening and I had to cancel the next day the person that answered the phone both times was fantastic and responded to my needs very impressed

Thrilled once again with prompt and smiling service staff. Called last night to leave a message for the morning when we discovered we could not get the garage door to open after work. To my surprise I didn’t get an answering machine, I had a really person on the line and Kyra was happy to assist and had me booked in next day. The team called before arrival, showed me what was going on and made a couple recommendations, checked out other door and were so positive in attitude even with this crazy snowstorm we are getting end of March! 10/10 recommend!
