Jordy was amazing, they were so easy to chat with, super informative about the haircutting process and all the styling info I'd need for afterwards. I had so much fun getting my haircut and I felt very listened to along the way about what I was hoping to get out of my hair. 10/10 the best haircut experience I've had. The studio was also stunning and everyone who works there seems so fun and cool. I felt like I was very much in good hands and will definitely be coming back.

This place was amazing! Jordy listened to what I wanted and made sure I got exactly that. The receptionist greeted me warmly, chatted with me, and offered a drink.
My only word of caution is that there is a significant flight of stairs to get to the salon, so it may not work for people with mobility issues - although they may still be able to accommodate you.

Had a wonderful experience at Empire, the vibe and atmosphere- the facial was amazing, and included arm, hand, foot and scalp massage - Crystal is a skincare expert, and i recommend trusting in her recommendations. I have already booked my next appointment!

After getting a bad haircut at another salon I came to see Daniel to get it fixed. I am blown away with what an exceptional job he did! Went above & beyond my expectations. I am so thankful and so happy with my hair. My kids get their haircut here as well and the entire team is amazing! The environment is calming and very homey. I HIGHLY recommend Empire!!

The explanation on the website of the different tiers of haircuts was very easy to understand and online booking was super straightforward. At my appointment the entire staff was super friendly and welcoming. Ashley was AMAZING! I went there for a dramatic chop of my hair and she spent a lot of time talking with me and looking over photos to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She checked in multiple times throughout about length and was very gentle. I LOVE my haircut and will 100% be back in the future!

I love this place! I had my hair cut from super long to short! Jordy talked me through the process, and honestly, I have never had a better haircut in my life. Jordy is talented. Some hairdressers can cut hair, but Jordy knows and understands how your hair works, how it lays, if it has curls...all that stuff. The assistant at the front is super friendly, too. Highly recommend. This was a great experience.
