I went to Tara Martin for help with my injured shoulder and right arm. By some miracle she managed to significantly bring down the inflammation and lower my pain level. I was really impressed by how thoroughly Tara assessed my needs and am grateful for the time she took to get all the details before gently working on my arm and shoulder. I highly recommend Tara Martin. She is a well trained, knowledgeable and effective massage therapist.
