The customer service isn’t consistent.
A few weeks ago I was in to buy a round brush and the employee at the counter/till was nice and helpful.
Unfortunately that’s not the same service today. One employee at the till, but talking to several other employees and not one said hi or asked if I needed help. I was completely ignored. I walked around for a bit trying to find a product I needed and ended up deciding to buy it elsewhere.
I had a bang and layer trim done by Kolby (I’m unsure if his name is spelt with a C or K, sorry 🥲) he did such an excellent job at refreshing my hair. I had my hair done previously here by another hairdresser and she also did a phenomenal job, but I unfortunately can’t remember her name. I obviously will be returning once my bangs grow out and my layers need freshening up😁
Pick Barry as a stylist
I had an excellent hair stylist with Barry. He cut my hair in exactly the way I wanted. He has decades of experience and is very personable. A real treasure for this salon. I don’t live in Saskatoon but it’s worth the 2 hour drive from Moose Jaw to get my hair cut by him.
I’m not always sure how to explain what I want in a haircut. He not only listened to me, but, he added his own personal expertise. As a result, I left the salon very happy.
Cant go wrong with Barry.
Hair type: My hair is short and fine. Gave me a very feminine pixie.
