Got my mail box lock replaced by them. Initially I purchased lock that I had planned to install by myself but due to no time I requested the sale person to replace the lock for me, he took few minutes and I got my work done. They didn’t charge any for the lock replacement. Nice gesture!

Technician was 2.5 hrs late to the appointment, was able to fix one lock but then did not have the right tools to do the rest of them. He had to come back later to finish. Ended up getting the job done and the door locks work.
