It was an excellent experience at Best Buy. The team from Mobile section (Smit Patel, Mohammad Ali and Krina) helped us understand the deals and suggested the best deal for us. Smit has always been of great help every time we visited the store.

Adrik helped my grand daughter and I find the perfect tablet tonight. We came from Walmart with absolutely zero help and frustration to walking into Best Buy and being helped immediately. He was very friendly and found out what our needs / wants were and showed us different options. Thank you, for making my christmas shopping easy and pleasant:)
