I absolutely love both doctors in this office , my Grandparents referred me to Dr.adetola when I first came to Canada before this clinic was opened. Immediately I felt comfortable and accepted rather than judged , my doctor genuinely wanted to meet me where I was at in my phase of addiction and treated me like a human even when I didn’t give myself the same respect. Years later he and his wife opened this clinic and we immediately followed him to the new office even though it’s literally on the opposite end of town . Dr. Adetola was exceptional. She is very compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my wife’s care. She made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. We’re very grateful to have had her as our OB and definitely the best OB we had ever since.
-9999999 stars for the lady who answered my call around 10am on Monday. That staff member who answered the phone (I didn’t catch her name) is very dismissive and unhelpful, making it feel like my call was an inconvenience. This part of the experience could really use improvement. Tho, not everyone on the front desk is like this.
