Doctor’s are good and pleasant to interact with. Front desk overall helpful and puts in the effort. Sometimes patients are unnecessarily rude and that’s deplorable. But there are inefficiencies on staff front too. Wanted to reschedule my appointment which was initially on 5th April at Albert Street location to 2nd April at Avonhurst location. Guy who picked up confirmed its been rescheduled on 2nd and cancelled on 5th. As its a WCB case I wanted him to confirm if its the same doctor and he confirmed yes. Great place Dr E she great but not taking new Patience. They're open 7 days a week got their own blood lab and X-ray lab. I would have to wait 2 weeks just to get in to see my own Doctor , I'm thankful that they're here.

Northgate Medical at Avonhurst Drive exceeded all expectations. Receptionists Pardeep Kaur and Krutika were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Sarah Akhtar provided prompt and compassionate care for my son’s medical needs. Highly recommend their outstanding service.
