I recently purchased two dog harnesses because I was unsure which size would fit my dog best. After trying both harnesses, I found that neither fit him properly or met my expectations.
When I returned to the store, I was informed that I could not receive a refund, store credit, or even exchange the harnesses because I had used my Treats Rewards points. I reached out to Petsmart corporate office who connected me with the store manager, who was able to work with me and made the situation right. Thank you to store manager for there dedication to customer service.
Went in the other day looking for dog food. Brendan came and gave me more help than I could have ever asked for. Gave me a ton of knowledge on different dog foods as well as other dog ownership tips as well. Was genuinely blown away with how much knowledge he has and how eager he was to help. Brendan alone has made me a huge fan of this petsmart alone.
I came here to find live aquatic plants and assisted very well by the workers, they helped me patiently, and shared knowledge of how to care for it. Truly appreciate your works. Thanks.
