“A month or so ago, We came here to get our daughter her first hamster she named "Fluffy", unfortunately a week later Fluffy started showing symptoms of "wet tail" and the helpful staff told us to bring our sweet girl back in and they'd take her to the vet.Fluffy was doing great in care (thank you to Trena for keeping us updated) until she wasn't, unfortunately we made the tough decision to let her go.When we returned to get another hamster as our daughter was heartbroken, we found "Fluffy 2.0" aka Bear, she's such a sweet lovely little hamster as well, a little shy still but is slowly loving being carried around and going on adventures in her ball.Thanks again Trena and the staff!“
