I was finally able to get in touch with the geeksquad online chat and they were finally able to help me after going to the store and was told to phone them or email them and phone call didn't work so I chatted with someone on the online chat and then told me to go to the store and tell them that I was told again to go to the store and have them send my tablet away to get it fixed
Placed a claim with them for my damaged cell phone. That part was easy but had to call numerous times and everytime was put on hold, not called back, or the person on the other end of the phone could barely speak English and or was fairly rude.
The personnel were cortious and professional, they were able to verify my details hassle-free. My phone was replace as agreed they sent a replacement with 3 days and I had the old one returned to them. An overall nice experience
