I was finally able to get in touch with the geeksquad online chat and they were finally able to help me after going to the store and was told to phone them or email them and phone call didn't work so I chatted with someone on the online chat and then told me to go to the store and tell them that I was told again to go to the store and have them send my tablet away to get it fixed
They lie about the protection plans and don't cover what they say. Had a 2 year protection plan for an exchange no questions asked if item breaks or is defective. They never did. Told me it can't be done.
Bought laptop on last boxing day and also for peace of mind bought geek squad membership. At that time sales person said that you can cancel it anytime. Now when I am trying to cancel it they says it has to be minimum of 1 year. Sales person clearly informed me that you can cancel anytime and I trusted his words as no one in this world has time to go through their terms and condition booklet. Worst experience ever with those liars.
