We had a very good experience with Nhi. She was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire purchasing process. She explained everything clearly, and my parents were also very satisfied with our purchase. We really appreciate her excellent customer service.
The workers are nice and helpful! Nhi, the primary worker who helped me find what I need, was knowledgeable about the product I was buying and was kind and patient throughout my time at the store.
I want to like them but they have issues. If you walk into the store without needing help you will have “sales associates” swarming you, but if you walk in needing actual help good luck!! Currently have a product that they couldn’t ship to me because they told me only to use my street address if it was something big like a TV, it wasnt, it was a headset. They sent it purolator which of course didn’t work. I have followed everything they told me to do, and its almost 3 weeks later and I am starting to think I will never receive this item. If they last much longer it will be a surprise.
