I had a great experience at the Meta Glasses section today. The staff member ( Brodie) who assisted me was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain all the features clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and helped me choose the right option based on my needs.

What really stood out was his friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days.

Highly recommend visiting this section if you’re interested in Meta glasses—great service makes a big difference!

Not nearly enough staff. The majority of the staff are working at the cell phone booth so I asked a guy if he can grab these earbuds for me but he can't get into the lock because he works for meta so he asks to one of the guys if they can find someone to help me and I stand around for a bit then I leave, did you get better products and prices online there's no need to stand around at Best buy looking for non-existent employees
