We have a small operation with three MacBooks, one Mac Mini & one iPad. Turnaround times on repairs have been very fast, and they've only made "upsell" suggestions when it made sense to do so. For example, they recommended a medium-priced iPad as more suitable for our purposes than the top-of-the-range one, and advised low-cost repairs and upgrades over replacements. The upsell recommendation was to upgrade to more RAM on the Mac Mini when one of the original memory sticks needed to be replaced, which made a significant improvement in operation.
