In a time where most places offer the very bare minimum in customer service, Factory Optical on Hamilton St is levels above other organizations. Monique took the time to understand my difficult prescription, show me frames that would suit my prescription while staying in my price range and offered to bring in store any frames that I might be interested in that I saw online. She took the time to walk me through my best options of lens and was honest about the timeframe to get my glasses made. I was pleasantly surprised when they came in weeks before I expected them.I highly recommend seeing Monique- she will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction.
