Recently, my son and I both had a pleasant and wonderful experience at the East Landing Factory Optical. The staff here were friendly and welcoming. Julian helped us during the whole process. He was incredibly kind and supportive. He helped with picking our favorite frames, thoroughly explained the pricing options, and was very attentive to ensure our needs were met. Julian was also very patient and took time to adjust the frames until they perfectly fit. I had my eyeglass lens fallen off, went there and the girl at front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. She appears to be of an East Indian descent. She provided an A+ customer care by fixing my glasses in just a few minutes at no cost. This place is a hidden gem in Regina!
The worker Jayden always has a big smile and welcoming attitude when I come into the store. Whether it’s readjusting my glasses because i sat on them, or changing my nose pads because of rust damage, he’s always there to help out when I come in. Great worker!
