“Recently, my son and I both had a pleasant and wonderful experience at the East Landing Factory Optical. The staff here were friendly and welcoming. Julian helped us during the whole process. He was incredibly kind and supportive. He helped with picking our favorite frames, thoroughly explained the pricing options, and was very attentive to ensure our needs were met. Julian was also very patient and took time to adjust the frames until they perfectly fit. I have a pair of progressive eyeglasses that I got from somewhere else, and have struggled with blurry vision for years. Julian resolved this issue immediately by adjusting the frame professionally. Sofia was very nice and helped us as well. They both were amazing! Their professionalism, passion, and excellent services are truly appreciated! Definitely recommend this place!”
