I called at 10:20 am on a Saturday as my furnace had stopped working. I knew it was the thermal coupler. He said he was on an out of town call and would be a couple of hours. I called back 3 hours later and he was still on that call and wasn't sure when he would get here. Luckily it was only -4. He got here at 5 and after much hassle got the coupler changed but couldn't get it lit as he didn't have the right equipment. I had to get my neighbor to bring over a BBQ lighter! That worked and I had heat. This took 40 mins. The bill was $294.00 because it was off hours. Terrible service. got us our parts right away and under warranty which other companies couldn't do. made sure we understood everything and made good recommendations for upkeep

We are so lucky to have had Sheldon do a lot of work on our house. It has been excellent quality, and when he can’t, the coworkers he sends are excellent. Thank you!
