I put in an order for a premium Designer's Choice Plant selection on Friday night for delivery Saturday at 1pm. Saturday morning, Marie reached out quickly via email to let me know the options. She even went out of her way to accomodate my delivery change from 1230pm to 1pm...and went the extra mile to go back again since the facility wasn't open their first round. All this in -50C weather!!! I can't imagine! I'm very grateful to Marie for fulfilling my order despite the weather. Would definitely order again.
