Bill and his staff are very pleasant and very friendly. But most importantly quite respectful and make you feel at ease. I had to take my vehicle in for some bodywork repairs. For my first ever experience with an autobody shop it was great. My vehicle is good as new. Earlier this month, I unfortunately “un-alived” a large raccoon with my Explorer…I needed to get back to Alberta and wasn’t sure what all the damages were (wasn’t sure we would make it back). The Senchuk team took such great care of us. They were helpful from the first phone call, very helpful and pleasant when we came in and although we made the trip back without A/C and cruise control, we made it back safely. Thank you to the team for your assurance, kindness and empathy.

I put in an order for a premium Designer's Choice Plant selection on Friday night for delivery Saturday at 1pm. Saturday morning, Marie reached out quickly via email to let me know the options. She even went out of her way to accomodate my delivery change from 1230pm to 1pm...and went the extra mile to go back again since the facility wasn't open their first round. All this in -50C weather!!! I can't imagine! I'm very grateful to Marie for fulfilling my order despite the weather. Would definitely order again.

I was working in the area and had a mishap just outside of Estevan and called these guys to see if they could squeeze in a repair as I had 2 hr drive to get home. They said yes and got me back on the road in no time flat. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They called before doing any repairs to let me know the diagnosis and were fast and professional. There is something to be said about the customer service received at this shop and it was phenomenal. Not too many businesses carry this etiquette anymore and it was nice to be treated so well. Prices were very reasonable too. I will be returning in the future if I need anything else while in the area. Thank you guys and gals.

There isn’t a finer shop in the entire province. They will make sure you are fixed up and out the door in a jiffy. If I could give the place 9 stars I would.Cannot recommend them enough.
