Great company, has always been extremely prompt in helping us out. Big shout-out to Paul, he really went the extra mile for me after I hadn't had heat for a month due to a backorder part.
Jim is amazing and has saved me to many times when I come in looking for parts and gives great advice. Super knowledgeable and wonderful. I Wouldn't use any other plumbing company!
Our furnace wasn't working and we called Johnson Plumbing shortly after 8am. Within an hour journeyman plumber, Neil Cinnamon, attended. He was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring the furnace was properly serviced. Prior to Neil's attendance, I spoke with two staff member on the phone, both were friendly and patiently walked me through some systems checks to see if I could correct the issue. We highly recommend Johnson Plumbing.
