I live in Minneapolis and reached out to this gym on short notice to request a day pass during Memorial Day weekend while in town visiting in-laws. The owner/manager got right back to me and got me a day pass late on Friday night!! I really didn’t expect to have luck getting ahold of anyone so was thrilled to have gained access to their club for Saturday the 25th. The facility is incredible! I love that there are multiple levels and spread out. If I lived in Watertown, I would be a fast and loyal customer. I will for sure be dropping in on this gym when we are in town visiting the in-laws! Highly recommend!

The Gym Inc, feels like home to me. Great atmosphere with lots of friendly faces. Not only are the members kind, friendly, and helpful but so are the staff members. If you see a problem they are quick to fix it and accept your feedback in a postive way. There's loads of equipment whether your looking for free weights, machines, cables, squat racks, and benches. I've noticed people are quick to see the bad in things and are reluctant to point out the positives. I come from a small town where there is one gym, in its entirety it has one squat rack, one bench, free weights that go up to 70lbs, a couple treadmills and maybe two other machines. This is a crazy nice gym! I work all over the country and have been to many weightlifting gyms and this is one of the better ones. They don't have all the equipment but they definitely have more than enough to get a great workout in. It's very clean and well kept. They have nice showers and provide you with towels. They have 3 solo saunas upstairs, a lot of equipment on the second floor and the bottom level has free weights. Great gym, wish I could have more while I was in town
