Colleen did multiple services, multiple times for me and my family. Every time was a fun, uplifting experience. Colleen styled my hair for date nights and my wedding. She also styled my mom and my sister’s hair for my wedding. She also highlighted my hair multiple times and styled my hair for my engagement photos. After I had my boys, Colleen did both of their first haircuts. She made it so fun for me and my boys. On top of doing all of these hair services, Colleen also did multiple manicures and pedicures. I have been very pleased with all my experiences.

Had a great experience here. Got a pedicure while I was in town for an event last weekend. They couldn't fit me in as a walk-in right away, but politely asked me to come back in an hour, which was fine. The lady who did the pedicure was very friendly, took her time, and I was very happy. Would definitely go there again!

Hailey never fails to take care of my lashes for me! Everytime I need a fill, she always makes it work! She has such a wonderful and amazing personality! She is my go to lash artist that I would highly recommend going to. All the other lash places in Watertown overcharge on a full set of lashes and refresh is fairly priced! All the staff here are friendly and nice! I would come here again!

They coordinate well with other contractors. They answer all our questions (and I ask a lot of questions!), and follow up with details and information. I hadn’t been to a chiropractor in years and honestly was scared to go but I was so miserable with neck, headache and low back pain. I kept dealing with it, hoping it would just go away. When I finally called, I was desperate to get in ASAP and the receptionist was so kind and easy to talk to. Every time they are super friendly and accommodating! Dr. Gary Konstant is very informative on what I can do at home with simple exercises and stretching. After each treatment I have felt better. I’m very thankful for how they have helped me.
So beyond grateful for the sincere care that was given to my kitties. Not just that, but also the encouragement and understanding that was shared with me from the staff and Dr. Louis. Everyone knew just the right questions to asked! At our first preliminary visit I shared how I came into ownership of the cats and because they were rescued, there was no charge. Appointment were very easy to make even allowing an accomadation for my 2 on a busy day. My cats were spayed and kept overnight. They came back with wonderful temperaments, though a bit shaken up from being apart.
When I was concerned, I was sent an email and was met with a phone call encouraging me to call (even in off hours) for dr. Louis extends herself for emergencies. Not once did I feel she was intimidated, overwhelmed, or nervous. Even when my seemingly calm cat had a bit of a panic moment that had her bouncing off the walls. The staff calmly let the moment pass and helped secure her. It was contagious and left me feeling calm and collected as well. I've tended to quite a few cats and gone to several different clinics, westside by far exceeds all others. 5 stars ++++++
Doc Howard and his staff are amazing. I recently had to put my dog of 11 years to sleep because he was sick. They were so accommodating and caring through the entire process knowing how hard it was on me. Best vet
