My 10 year old daughter started working out this month with Lisa and I have not only seen some strength changes in her, but she has this all newly found Self Confidence! This girl is active with gymnastics, but classes with Lisa have given her a whole new feeling about how important it is to love yourself and feel confident!! She just beams when she gets home about what she learns!!! Thank you Lisa!!
