“I love getting my nails done, but it’s so hard for me to find a good nail tech. Every nail tech that I’ve been to has either ignored my request on what kind of nails I want, or just blatantly didn’t care about doing a good job. Jen and Ryan are amazing nail techs. They are so caring and Jen did my nails and she made sure do the whole process that I felt comfortable and that I liked to my nails. Below is an inspo photo that I showed Jen and next to it is the result. She did amazing!!! Super caring and super sweet and super good at her craft! 10/10 will be a returning client.“

“I have been going to rose nails since January and have had nothing but excellent experiences. The first time I went, I misheard my name and was set up with Tia (I was scheduled with someone else originally) but they accommodated me anyways and I ended up sticking with her from then on. She’s always so sweet and I always look forward to seeing her every month. She puts 100% into her work and it definitely shows every time. I’m unfortunately moving away but always recommend this salon (and Tia specifically) when coworkers ask about my nails. I’m sad to be leaving but am thankful for such great experiences here!“

“I have been in a half dozen times or so and seen a few different people but Katie is my regular nail person now. Every time I see her my nails always turn out better than I hope for and she always comes up with beautiful designs to put on them. She's also very friendly and nice to chat with, even when I came in for my second appointment with her she remembered me right away and started asking about my family and other things we had previously talked about and without me even having to ask she trimmed my nails because she remembered that I prefer them pretty short. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and I have even seen several men come in for manicures and pedicures, which I absolutely think more men should do for themselves. But what I really liked was when a couple very colorful gentlemen asked for very elaborate and blinged out full sets they weren't treated any differently than any other customer. I had my lower left leg amputated in July of 2023 and I have been too embarrassed to get a pedicure since but if I ever get up the nerve I will definitely be getting it done here.“

“I've gone here a few times for sugar waxing & always found it to be professional, friendly & reasonably priced. Lynette is great! Can tell she is very experienced & does a fantastic job, even when dealing with a big baby like me! You really get the feel that everyone there is part of a team who take great care & pride in the whole place & a customer's experience, not just separate individuals worried only about their own station.“

“Toni is amazing!! Before I moved to Sioux Falls, my hair was damaged and dull. I went from hair stylist to hair stylist because I was never impressed with their work. Then, when I moved to Sioux Falls, a coworker suggested Toni at Etch. I can honestly say that if I ever leave S.D., I will come back to get my hair done by Toni. I've received non-stop compliments the last 2 times she colored/toned my hair. (Before that we were just doing cuts/highlights.) I've never disliked anything she's done to my hair, which is big coming from a girl who usually leaves hair salons a little traumatized. She brought my hair back from the dead and made it beautiful again.“

“I’ve always hated going to get my nails done. I hated the whole experience in general because of how awkward it was and how rough nail techs had been on my nails in the past. I’ve had a really bad skin picking issue since I was really young and I’ve always felt ashamed to go into a salon because of how embarrassed I was to show people my fingers. That being said, I’ve never felt comfortable getting my nails done even though having nails on was the only way I could stop picking at my fingers. Salons in the past made me feel ashamed and were super aggressive with my nails. I’ve been going to TLC since March and I can’t stop myself from coming back. I am by no means a person who regularly gets their nails done or “pampers” themselves, but since I found these lovely ladies I can’t help myself but get my nails done every two weeks. I have had incredible experiences with Chen, Julie, and Jade. These are some of my favorite nails I’ve gotten done for my engagement. I’ve always been treated like a long time friend whenever I enter the salon and they treat everyone with respect and hospitality. I’ve never had a bad experience and I couldn’t imagine ever having one. Thank you ladies for giving me a different perspective of getting my nails done. This will always be my go to nail salon.?“
