She is so kind, friendly, and genuinely easy to talk to, which makes every appointment such a great experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about hair and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoughtfully. I really appreciate that she doesn’t just make recommendations—she explains things and makes sure I understand what will work best for my hair.
