As a resident at Larson Square Lofts in downtown Sioux Falls, I’m happy to provide a review of Lloyd property manager Betsy. She is not only a breath of fresh air, she is without a doubt, simply the best! Betsy is professional, intelligent, talented, skilled and efficient. Her attention to detail and her innovative ability to seek solutions quickly is second to none. She is so kind, respectful and personable with all residents, truly a joy to all who know her. Zoe is absolutely incredible. She went out of her way to help me with my very first apartment. She stayed late to help me get my lease signed and didn’t complain a bit. She even offered to come in on the weekend to help me with my lease. I’m beyond lucky to have such a positive experience with my very first apartment and I’m even luckier to have her over here at Jefferson Village! If you see this wonderful young lady today please let her know she’s doing a wonderful job. We love you Zoe!!!

I have lived in a Lloyd property since August and have had positive experiences. Jeremy was very helpful in the process of finding our apartment and getting moved in. He was available to answer all of our questions and made sure to make us feel welcome. This has been a great place to live!
