Waterbury Heating and Cooling is our go to place when we need help with the AC and furnace. We have been having an error code pop up on the heater. I filled out the contact form and got a prompt response. Their technician came out. Really respectful and professional. He fixed the problem. What we really like about all the technicians we have worked with is how they are explain everything and do quality work. I highly recommend Waterbury Heating and Cooling.
Needed a new water heater, so I contacted Waterbury, since they treated me right on my furnace and AC. Brian came and installed the unit. He was professional, thorough and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Price was very comparable. Highly recommend!!
1) Excellent service, installed my new kitchen faucet and replaced a cartridge in a second cold water tap. Did both in an hour, quality work and reasonable rates. Restored my trust in plumbers. Thank you!
2) Okay, apparently I can only leave a single review with Google? Well, this second part is for another service, an HVAC yearly tune-up. Same 5 star service. Our service tech detected a failing board (a noise I would never have heard and probably not known it was a sign of imminent failure), so that was great. Installation of a new board ran into problems, with the unfortunate frying of the main control board and thermostat, but she replaced both... read full review
