This is now my go-to vision care place. Dr. Kramlich was so kind, and when I explained my anxiety, she was assuring and understanding! Ashlyn also helped me pick out some new glasses, and she helped me make sure that whatever I was to get would fit within my insurance parameters - which is exactly what I needed. Everyone here is so kind, I will definitely be back next year!

Edit: They were super nice and let me exchange for the smaller size. Thankful they were so understanding and actually do care about patient comfort instead of just making a buck. They could have said no if they wanted to.
I came to this place specifically to get silhouette frames. The staff has been nice so far. I got my glasses yesterday and they are just not going to work for me….They don’t fit my face right at all with the weight of the lenses in there and I’m waiting for a response to see if I can get new frames. Dr. Kramlich is amazing and her staff are kind and welcoming. I brought my toddler for her first eye apt and she sat on the ground with us and checked Bluey’s eyes too! She made the visit fun and comfortable for her! I highly recommend.
