Jackie, and her wonderful staff, at Thorson Heating & Air, responded immediately to our call for service, after our furnace broke down on a very cold, SD, January day. Service technician, Zach, was able to diagnose and quickly resolve the issue(s) our furnace was having. After looking at our options Jackie and Zach provided, we decided on purchasing a new furnace to replace the broken down, old furnace. Thorson provided space heaters to keep our house warm, until our new furnace was installed the following morning, by Zach and Zane. Zane Severson and Dawn Burnison did an efficient and professional job diagnosing and servicing my furnace. VERY quick response to my emergency call with honest diagnosis and repair. I will be using Thorson HVAC for my future needs!
